For their current auction PADDLES ON!, Paddle 8 teams up with Phillips and Tumblr to present their first auction featuring digital artworks. Curated by Lindsay Howard, the featured artists explore the endless possibilities of the digital platform. The auction lasts through October 10 and the highest bids will transfer to the live auction at Phillips, (if you plan on being in NYC you can purchase tickets). PADDLES ON! not only features digital art but supports it by providing the artists 80% of the proceeds. The remaining funds will be donated to Rhizome, a non-profit commited to the development of new media.
